Photo below is Heidi right before her photo shoot for our 2009 Calendar. Unbridled Beauty indeed!
Heidi is our Miss February and Miss April in our Unbridled Beauties of DoubleHP 2009 Calendar. Her horse model partners for 2009 are Jewel and Hiroki (Hero), both horses rescued by DoubleHP. Heidi is the first model to send in her sponsor money for our 2010 calendar. Thus, she is guaranteed 2 months in our 2010 calendar.
Her first sponsor for 2010 is Lori DeVries of The Insurance Connection in Sioux Falls, SD. This is a repeat sponsor for Heidi! Lori DeVries gave Hiroki his name when he was just a baby. In Japanese, Hiroki means "abundant strength and joy." Lori comes to visit the horses and ride every once in a while. It's too cold out right now though!
Photo below is Lori and Heidi riding Moonshine and Flicka at DoubleHP Horse Shelter.Heidi's second sponsor in our 2010 calendar will be DoubleHP Horse Photo Art (or something like that). We need to come up with a good name for all of our beautiful photos we have of our rescued horses. We have started to design products with our horse photos, and sell them in online shops and galleries. shirts, cards, art prints, postage stamps, etc. So, we need to start advertising that little business. Below are some examples of photos used on our products. "In Jewel's Eye" and "You Turn" -- Hero.
Copyright laws apply here. No reproduction allowed of any of these photos without written permission from DoubleHP Horse Shelter Board of Directors. Thanks for understanding.
Anyway, this sponsorship was offered to the first model to get her first sponsorship confirmed for 2010. And Heidi did it! Well, with the help of Lori DeVries and The Insurance Connection. Thank you Beauties Heidi and Lori!
Heidi, you and Lori may choose your month, horse partner, idea (clothes, theme, colors, whatever), as soon as you want to. It doesn't mean you have to stick to that; it just means no one else can claim it as long as it's "yours."
